🌿 Hoya wayetii Narrowleaf

The Hoya wayetii Narrowleaf is a stunning trailing epiphyte known for its elegant, slender foliage. Each leaf features a deep green center framed by a signature dark, high-contrast margin. 🍃

✨ Why We Love It

Visual Interest: The long, "canoe-shaped" leaves create a beautiful cascading effect, making it perfect for hanging baskets or high shelves. 🧺

Sun-Stressing: When grown in bright light, the foliage can develop a gorgeous reddish-maroon tint. ☀️

Low Maintenance: This variety is semi-succulent and very hardy, making it a great choice for both beginners and collectors. 🙌

🪴 Quick Care Guide

Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. High light levels help maintain the dark leaf edges.

Watering: Allow the soil to dry out almost completely between waterings. When in doubt, it's better to underwater than overwater. 💧

Soil: Thrives in a chunky, well-draining potting mix (like a blend of orchid bark and perlite).

Climate: Keep in a warm spot and protect from cold drafts or temperatures below 60°F. 🌡️

Each plant is healthy, well-rooted, and carefully selected for your order. 📦

‼️ Important Info for All Plant Cuttings ‼️

After your purchase, please take a moment to read the note from me that includes tips and tricks for propagating your cutting successfully! While it’s rare, shipping stress can sometimes affect cuttings. If you notice any issues upon arrival, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. I'm happy to offer a refund, replacement, or coupon if there's a problem — but I can only help if I hear from you within that window!

🌿 Normal Shipping Stress
It's completely normal for cuttings to show signs of stress such as wilting, yellowing, or browning during transit. This doesn't mean the cutting is dead — as long as the node is healthy, the cutting is still viable and has the potential to root and grow.

📦 Shipping & Weather Notes
All cuttings are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping. If you’d like a quicker option, please select Priority Shipping at checkout.

If temperatures in your area are expected to drop below 50°F (10°C), I strongly recommend adding a heat pack to your order (available in the shop or as a shipping upgrade). This helps protect your cutting during transit and reduces the risk of cold damage.

🌡️ Weather & Delivery
Please keep an eye on the weather in your area. I do my best to pack your plants with care, but I’m not able to control USPS delays, weather-related issues, or delivery errors. If there’s a delivery problem, you can contact USPS directly — but I’m always happy to help where I can, so don’t hesitate to reach out.
