Refunds & Cancellations
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it has shipped by emailing us.
Once your order has shipped, all sales are final. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email the day your package leaves our facility.
Lost Packages
If your plant never arrives, don’t worry — we’ll help make it right.
Please contact us to report the loss, and we’ll work directly with the carrier to locate your package. If it’s confirmed lost, we’ll refund or replace your order at no cost to you.
Follow the “Opening a Claim” steps below to start the process.
Damage, Pests & Disease
If your plant arrives damaged, or shows signs of pests or disease, please reach out to us right away.
We’re happy to refund or replace affected plants at our discretion, as long as the issue is reported within 10 days of delivery.
Be sure to include clear photos following the “Opening a Claim” instructions below.
Note: Claims related to cold weather damage are only eligible for refund or replacement if Winter Insurance was purchased with your order.
Opening a Claim
To open a claim, please email us with:
The email address used for your order
The name of the affected plant
If the issue involves damage, pests, or disease, please attach:
A top-down photo of the plant
Close-up photos clearly showing the issue
Claims Process
We typically review all claims within 2 business day.
Occasionally, we may request additional information or photos. Please respond within 48 hours so we can resolve your claim quickly.
If your plant is determined to have arrived damaged, infested, diseased, or was lost in transit, we’ll issue a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Please Note: We cannot issue refunds or replacements for damage caused by neglect, improper care, or cold weather damage when Winter Insurance was not purchased.
However, if your plant is struggling, our growers are always happy to offer care guidance to help you nurse it back to health.
