Variegated Hoya heuschkeliana is a compact trailing wax plant with creamy, patterned foliage and cute bell-shaped blooms, perfect for hanging baskets and shelves. 🌿 It is a variegated form of a Philippine epiphytic species, naturally found in warm, humid lowland forests. 🌏

The leaves are small, thick, and glossy, usually oval with creamy yellow or white margins and green centers, and they can blush pink under brighter light, giving the plant a colorful appearance even out of bloom. 💚💛💗 Its stems form graceful, cascading vines that can reach around 1 meter long, making it ideal for a soft, trailing display indoors. 🪴

Flowers appear in clusters of tiny, waxy, bell-like blossoms in shades of pink or yellow, with many growers noting a surprisingly sweet scent, sometimes compared to caramel or buttered popcorn. 🍯🍿 When mature and kept in good light, it can rebloom repeatedly through the warmer months, especially if the peduncles (flower spurs) are left in place after each flush. 🌸

Variegated Hoya heuschkeliana prefers bright, indirect light that keeps the cream tones strong while avoiding leaf scorch on the pale areas. ☀️ It thrives in warm indoor temperatures (roughly mid‑60s to high‑70s °F) with moderate to high humidity, though it adapts reasonably well to typical household conditions if watering is managed carefully. 🌡️💧

A loose, free‑draining mix—such as orchid bark, perlite, and a light substrate like coco coir or sphagnum—suits its epiphytic roots and helps prevent rot. 🌱 It generally likes to be slightly rootbound, does not need frequent repotting, and responds well to light, regular feeding during active growth for lush foliage and reliable blooms. 🌼

‼️ Important Info for All Plant Cuttings ‼️

After your purchase, please take a moment to read the note from me that includes tips and tricks for propagating your cutting successfully! While it’s rare, shipping stress can sometimes affect cuttings. If you notice any issues upon arrival, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. I'm happy to offer a refund, replacement, or coupon if there's a problem — but I can only help if I hear from you within that window!

🌿 Normal Shipping Stress
It's completely normal for cuttings to show signs of stress such as wilting, yellowing, or browning during transit. This doesn't mean the cutting is dead — as long as the node is healthy, the cutting is still viable and has the potential to root and grow.

📦 Shipping & Weather Notes
All cuttings are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping. If you’d like a quicker option, please select Priority Shipping at checkout.

If temperatures in your area are expected to drop below 50°F (10°C), I strongly recommend adding a heat pack to your order (available in the shop or as a shipping upgrade). This helps protect your cutting during transit and reduces the risk of cold damage.

🌡️ Weather & Delivery
Please keep an eye on the weather in your area. I do my best to pack your plants with care, but I’m not able to control USPS delays, weather-related issues, or delivery errors. If there’s a delivery problem, you can contact USPS directly — but I’m always happy to help where I can, so don’t hesitate to reach out.
