❄️ Cold Weather Shipping Information
As temperatures drop, it’s important to protect your plants during transit. Cold weather can cause stress or damage to delicate cuttings and starter plants, especially when exposed to freezing air during shipping and delivery.
If your local temperatures are expected to be below 40°F (4°C), we highly recommend adding a shipping heat pack to your order. A heat pack helps keep your plants warm and safe throughout their journey, reducing the risk of cold shock, leaf burn, or root damage.
Heat packs gently release warmth for up to 72 hours, maintaining a stable temperature inside the package so your plants arrive healthy and ready to thrive.
You can easily add a heat pack at checkout or purchase one separately from our store before completing your order.
We always do our best to pack every plant securely with insulation and care, but please remember that cold damage caused by freezing temperatures is not covered under our replacement policy if a heat pack is not purchased.
💚 Keep your plants cozy this winter — add a heat pack and ship with confidence!
